Question: what's everyone's sweet spot for tickets-in-flight before review starts piling up? I find ~5 is where I can still glance-and-ship without losing the thread.

Depends on the repo, but 4–6 for me too. Past that the review column is the bottleneck, not the agents.

I use chat to create tickets for me occasionally, ill literally just have a conversation with it. I've ran 20+ at once. Its nuts how easily you can manage everything on fredrin.
